Description
The Purity of Pinot Noir
Winemaker Heidi Dietstein selects the finest Pinot Noir grapes, often from the limestone-rich soils of Robertson and the cool-climate slopes of Stellenbosch, to create this cuvée. The grapes are hand-picked in the early hours to preserve their delicate red-fruit aromatics. Following the traditional French method, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and spends roughly 14 months maturing on the lees, resulting in a creamy texture and great intensity.
Tasting Profile & Sensory Experience
A refined and balanced sparkling wine that prioritizes fruit purity and elegance:
The Appearance: A bright, luminous salmon pink with a fine, dancing stream of bubbles.
The Nose: Vibrant and inviting, filled with aromas of ripe strawberries, tart cranberries, and a subtle hint of rose petals and Honeycrisp apples.
The Palate: Crisp and refreshing on entry. The mousse is delicate yet persistent, carrying flavors of wild berries and pomegranate, balanced by a distinct mineral streak.
The Finish: A long, clean finish with a lingering acidity that makes you reach for another sip.
Why Stock a Case of 6?
The Aesthetic Choice: The striking pink hue and premium labeling make this a “lifestyle” wine—perfect for weddings, bridal showers, or “catch-ups with the girls.”

Gastronomic Pairing: This is a highly versatile food wine:
Seafood: Outstanding with smoked salmon blinis, trout tartare, or grilled prawns.
Salads: Pairs beautifully with butternut and avocado salads or anything featuring creamy goat’s cheese.
Desserts: A natural partner for strawberry shortcake, panna cotta, or summer berry tarts.
